Returns & Exchanges
Please note, all sale items are final sale.
Returns may be accepted within 10 days of delivery date. Returned items must be in unused, resalable condition with all original packaging intact and with the original invoice. Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the return merchandise and will be given in the original form of payment, excluding the original shipping costs.
If you need to exchange an item please send us an email so we can be sure to pull the item off our inventory. Unfortunately due to the limited assortment of our products we can not always guarantee we will have other sizes available.
Please note that the original shipping charges on the order will not be refunded. We will not accept any returns delivered to us without any prior communication and written agreement between us and the customer. Please make sure all items to be returned are properly packaged and traceable with a proper tracking number. We also recommend insuring the package for the full amount of value. We do not accept or assume responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods while in transit from the customer. Once the returned items have been inspected and confirmed, a full refund will be issued to the customer – which does not include the original cost of postage and packaging. We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Lastly, if we made a mistake in processing your order - Apologies! This ONLY includes incorrect or damaged items being shipped. Please contact email@example.com with your order number and the item number of the merchandise that you received as well as the item you were expecting. If we have the correct item in stock, we'll ship it to you once the incorrect item is received. If the item is no longer available, we'll credit your original form of payment.
